Bollywood stars are known to rake in big moolah from their various endorsement projects. And when both spouses come on board to lend their names to a brand, it’s double bonanza all the way. Sources say that a kitchenware brand that recently shot with Aiswharya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan paid the glitzy couple a mind-numbing Rs 30 crore.

Says a source, “Aishwarya already commands a high fee when it comes to signing advertisement deals. With both she and Abhishek agreeing to become the face of the brand, it was but natural that the remuneration for the couple also had to be big.” An insider from the brand says, “Apart from the Bachchans, two other tinsel town couples were also in the race. But Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor and Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna lost out to the power couple.”u00a0
