But one fan yesterday took the statistic one step ahead by even adding 1971 to the list of 1992, 1996, 1999, 2003 and 2011 on a five-foot-by-six-foot banner prepared by him and proudly showed it off at the Adelaide Oval.
He was not referring to a cricketing victory in 1971, but the Indo-Pak war.
