Andy Murray will return to World No 2 next week after Roger Federer's defeat to Dominic Thiem in Rome Masters yesterday.

Federer overtook Murray on Monday. With neither man playing another event before the French Open , Murray is now guaranteed to be seeded two at Roland Garros.
