"The show is not a risk for me... It is a huge franchise. I am quite happy to be part of such a show which offers good content. It is an amazing show and I have loved the original version. With the format of this show I am sure it will develop a new set of audience," Tisca told.

The series will see Anil play Jack Bauer, an anti-terror squad leader, while Tisca will essay the role of Anil Kapoor's wife. "I have an exciting role to play in the show. It's a challenging role and I'll get to do things I have never done before. The role is different from what it is there in the original show. It is a huge opportunity to get to do a show like this," she added.

Tisca's role as a mother of a school boy in 'Taare Zameen Par' was much appreciated. In this show, she will again be seen doing a role of mother of the characters played by newbies Adhish Khanna and Sapna Pabbi. She has already started shooting for the show. Tisca, who will venture into the small screen for the first time, feels that the content on television has improved.

"TV as a medium had to grow and it is growing. There are lots of formats on the small screen-- daily soaps, reality shows, shows like CID and etc. Today's audience is getting a lot of variety to see," she said.
