Top seeds Aryan Goveas of Maharashtra and Sruta Kirti Gunaganti bagged double crowns in the Future Stars AITA Super Series Tournament held at Panchgani yesterday.

In the U-14 boys singles final, city lad Aryan, who trains at Tennis Excellence, outplayed the second seed from Assam, Bijay Kumar Mohanty 6-3, 6-2 to bag the title and 50 AITA points. Later, Aryan partnered Mohanty to bag the doubles crown. They got the better off Uttar Pradesh's Chinmay Chauhan and Maharashtra's Nandish Vora 6-1, 6-1.

Aryan's double crown in the Super Series comes on the heels of the U-14 National doubles title, which he won at the Fenesta Delhi Nationals last weekend. In the capital Aryan had partnered with Chennai's Raswant Ravi to defeat the top seeds, B R Nikshep (Karnataka) and Alex Solanki (Delhi) 6-4, 6-4.
