Asha Khatau, a well-known figure in the field of gourmet vegetarian cooking, is all set to launch her latest book “Nouvelle Indian Cuisine” at Crossword Bookstores.

The recipes featured in this book use the best of traditional Indian flavors while combining them with modern culinary trends. Step into the world of “Nuvelle Indian Cuisine” and cook in style with Asha Khatau. The book will be released by Mrs Amruta Phadnavis, Singer Ms. Anuradha Paudwal and Chef, author and TV host Vicky Ratnani will grace the occasion.


 
After 20 years of experience of providing delicious meals to her family and friends, Asha Khatau was persuaded to write a book in that field after the success of the cooking classes. She has not just conducted cooking classes but also cooking demonstrations in India as well as different parts of the world. During her extensive travels in India and abroad, she made it a point to visit local bazaars and restaurants to taste authentic flavors and ingredients.

At a show celebrating 20 years of Gourmand World Cookbook Award, it was announced that Asha’s debut book “Vegetarian Cuisines of the World” was also chosen as one of the Top 20 books in the world and is amongst the “Best of the best in the world.
