Kareena Kapoor Khan's impromptu visit to London on March 22 sent the media into a frenzy, with several outlets suggesting the actress was going under the knife for her stint in her upcoming chick-flick, 'Veerey Di Wedding'. However, mid-day has now learnt that Bebo jetted off to the British Capital to discuss the concept of an elaborate photo shoot for a top UK glossy.

The actress, who is the first Bollywood artiste to feature on the cover of the bridal magazine, took off to Dubai last week for a two-day shoot.
A member from the set informs, "The photo shoot took place on an 84-foot VIP luxury yacht. Kareena had five [costume] changes. Given that the theme was royal weddings and the regal bride, Bebo was a perfect selection."
Pakistani designer Faraz Manan crafted the intricate suits for the actress, who in turn, arrived at his couture show later in the evening, to show her support, as Manan launched his flagship store.
Another insider says, “Kareena wasn’t there to walk for Manan, but to only extend her support as she had worn his outfits for the photo shoot. Bebo was probably his muse for the new line. She had also shot for him in January last year.” While Kareena remained unavailable for a comment, her spokesperson confirmed the developments.
