Suniel Shetty is on a mission. Counted among the fittest actors in Bollywood, he is focusing his energies to get India in shape by launching a campaign called Swasth Bharat Abhiyan in Goa. Like the name suggests, it is inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.

Says Suniel, "Cleanliness is where wellness begins, so swacchta and swasthta are interlinked."

The campaign is an extension of the 55-year-old actor's upcoming reality show based on fitness. "The shoot is crazy, tough even, because it's extremely hot in Goa now, so it tests everybody's endurance. But it's a lot of fun at the same time."

Ask him about his fitness regime and he says it's 'completely different' from what it was a few years ago. "There's a lot more yoga now — six days a week. I focus on pranayams and breathing, but the training gets intense. I do a mix of functional workout and very light weights to stay lean and look younger, more than anything else.

I am focussing on my diet and keeping the carbs in control. I follow the 'breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dine like a pauper' rule," he adds.
