Borivli suicide: FIR lodged against wife

An FIR has been lodged against five people in the suicide case of 25-year-old Tushar Seth, whose body was found at Bhayander creek on June 15.

Police say Seth had been married to Divya Jhakhariya (24), whose family was unaware of it. Divya, who then denied being married to Seth, visited his house on June 11 with her family to cut ties.u00a0

Seth left home that day and never returned. PI Pravin More of Borivli police station, said, “We’ve registered a FIR against Divya and her family members for abetment of suicide.”u00a0
