Boxer Manoj Kumar alleges bias
India boxer Manoj Kumar blamed a hometown decision for his defeat to Great Britain’s Thomas Stalker at the ExCeL. Kumar did not hold back after a 20-16 reverse at the hands of Stalker, the World No 1 in the light welterweight category.

Stalker performed strongly against his Indian opponent who nonetheless could not resist a dig at the result. Kumar said: “This is a district tournament, it’s not
an Olympic tournament.”
