'Buddha In A Traffic Jam' wins at Madrid Film Fest

Filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri's "Buddha In A Traffic Jam", starring Anupam Kher and Pallavi Joshi, has won the best original screenplay award at the Madrid International Film Festival.

Filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri's "Buddha In A Traffic Jam", starring Anupam Kher and Pallavi Joshi, has won the best original screenplay award at the Madrid International Film Festival.


The movie premiered in the 2014 edition of Mumbai International Film Festival in the India Gold category with a standing ovation and great reviews.


"Won the 'Best Original Screenplay' at Madrid International Film Festival, Spain. for #BuddhaInATrafficJam Thanks #TeamBuddha," Agnihotri posted on Twitter.


The director also thanked Kher for being a part of the movie.

"Thanks a lot @AnupamPkher in believing in this small film and making it big," the director added.

"Buddha In A Traffic Jam" also stars Arunoday Singh and Mahi Gill.
