Port Elizabeth: West Indies captain Denesh Ramdin has said his team must change their mental approach ahead of the Boxing Day Test against South Africa at the St George's Park today.

The tourists were beaten by an innings and 220 runs in the first Test but Ramdin said the gulf between the sides was not technical.
“It was more mental we would say, because a couple of players got starts in the first innings and a few more in the second,” Ramdin told timeslive.com.
