Mueller, the mother of Sheen's twin sons, claims the star is almost USD 89,000 behind in child support payments, and she wants to make sure he pays up, reported TMZ.

The former "Two and a Half Men" star, who revealed he is HIV positive last year, is currently fighting to drastically reduce the USD 55,000-a-month he pays in child support, claiming he no longer has the finances to cover the fee.

But his ex isn't accepting Sheen's fortunes have flopped and she wants authority from a judge to get her money from his bank.

Sheen also pays child support to another ex, Denise Richards, but it's not clear if he's delinquent in payments to the actress.

The actor is currently being targeted by another ex-former fiancee Brett Rossi, who was granted a restraining order extension against him.

Sheen is also at the centre of a criminal investigation following further claims made by Rossi, who is also currently suing him for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress for allegedly failing to tell her he was HIV-positive.
