CBSE will annouce the JEE Main Result 2015 on the official website www.jeemain.nic.in and also on www.jagranjosh.com at https://www.jagranjosh.com/results/jee-main-result-online-101006


Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2015 aspirants can check their results on the official website www.jeemain.nic.in and also on www.jagranjosh.com

The results (score of Paper-I of JEE (Main) – 2015) are available on the official JEE (Main) website https://jeemain.nic.in. Candidates can also check their results on the CBSE website www.cbse.nic.in. Candidates will require their Roll no and Date of Birth to access their results. Candidates should download their score card and also take its printout from the websites as no score card would be despatched to them by the Board.

The JEE main result is published in 2 stages – Stage 1 is Issue of Score and Stage 2 is declaration of All India Rank. The common merit list indicating the JEE (Main) rank is prepared on the basis of normalization of marks obtained in Joint Entrance Exam and qualifying Board Exam.

This year’s the All India Rank would be declared on 7 July 2015 and the score card would be released simultaneously. The score/ Rank Card of the candidates will carry his/ her All India Rank, State Rank and Category Rank with marks in each paper and total marks scored by the candidate. Candidates would be able to download and print their score/ rank cards from the JEE (Main) website https://jeemain.nic.in.

Of all the qualifying candidates, top 150000 students would be declared eligible to appear for the JEE Advanced Exam 2015– the next tier of Joint Entrance Exam, to be held on 24 May 2015. The registration for the JEE- Advanced 2015 will be open on 2 May 2015 and the last day to register would be 7 May 2015.  The Admit Cards would be issued on 9 May 2015 and candidates would be able to download the same form the official website till 12 May 2015.

The result of the JEE-Advanced exam is expected to be declared by 18 June 2015.

The JEE- Main examination was conducted in both offline (pen & paper) mode as well as in the online mode. While the offline mode exam was held on 4 April 2015, the paper in online mode was conducted on 10 April 2015 & 11 April 2015.  Around 13.5 lakh students have registered for the Main exam of which almost 10 lakh have opted for the offline mode.

The Joint Entrance Exam is an All India Common Entrance Examination conducted by the CBSE every year to select students for admission in various engineering courses. In 2012, CBSE has announced this common examination in place of AIEEE and IIT-JEE.  

The candidates would also have the facility to check their result through www.jagranjosh.com  using their Roll Number. Candidates would also be able to download the PDF of their result and save it for future reference/ taking print out.
