Actress Christina Ricci, 34, has revealed that she is expecting her first child with husband James Heerdegen. Ricci's blossoming belly was first spotted in Los Angeles Airport on May 24. Her representative confirmed the pregnancy rumours.

Christina met James, a camera technician, on the set of her 2011 show Pan Am. The duo tied the knot last October at Manhattan's Harold Pratt House & Peterson Hall.

"I can't wait to call him 'husband' because then I can throw my weight around," Ricci had said in an interview before her wedding.
Christina and James married in an intimate ceremony at Harold Pratt House And Peterson Hall on Manhattan's Upper East Side on October 26, and this will be their first child together.
Since Christina has not got any projects pending so she will be able to enjoy motherhood. She was previously engaged to actor Owen Benjamin in March 2009 but two months later called it off.
