Need to do some last minute Christmas shopping? Skip the malls and instead, head to the Little Christmas Popup and High Tea at The Korner House in Khar. The day-long event has been organised in collaboration with The Petite Project, a brand consultancy that curates pop-ups.

"We want this to be a cosy event featuring things you can buy for yourself or as a Christmas gift," says Zpya Mendez, founder of the consultancy. "There will be marzipans and cookies, mulled wine and eggnog, and a caricature artist. We’ve curated brands from across categories that are fun and easy to pick up ."

There will be cookies and flavoured granola; white truffle, black truffle and truffle oil; flavoured butter, cookie dips, sauces and pickles; home decor items; aluminium art collectibles; clothing and accessories, and handcrafted jewellery.
Take a break from your shopping with a special high tea menu (Rs 750) — salad shots, finger sandwiches, tea or coffee; in addition to eggnog and mulled wine (Rs 400).
Mendez wants to create a Secret Santa event for the children at St Catherine’s School in Bandra. "This is our gift-back programme. We are inviting people to donate, not money but utilities like clothes, blankets, sanitary pads, etc. Part of the proceeds will go towards organising a workshop on urban farming for children later in January," she says.
