The Bihar unit of the Congress on Wednesday suspended Sadhu Yadav for criticising the national leadership of the party for passing the women's reservation bill.
A show cause notice has also been served, said a party leader. Yadav, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad's brother-in-law and a former MP, had on Tuesday termed the bill anti-Muslim, anti-Dalit and anti-OBC (Other Backward Classes).

Yadav had joined Congress last year after deserting the RJD.
