Costa Del Sol hails from the Pesi Shroff yard and will be ridden by Trevor Patel, whereas Colombiana is trained by his arch rival Malesh Narredu and will be ridden by Suraj Narredu. There is reason to believe Costa Del Sol may have done better than he did had the foreign riders who rode him given him a more sensible ride, and therefore, he gets my first nomination.
