Shabana Azmi and Javed Akhtar were accompanied by their entire family which included Baba and Tanvi Azmi and Shaukat Azmi amongst others. Sofia Hayat was bowled over by the tender Tandoori crabs. Dilip Vengsarkar and his wife Manali relished everything on the menu from the butter garlic pepper crab to the baked crab to kitam bungkus (crab meat wrapped in banana leaf). Mamta Raja looked gorgeous and radiant with daughter Sasha for company. Moiz Lokhandwala was in great spirits as he helped himself to generous portions of Crab Kofta.
Shraddha Sharma was overheard talking of participation in another forthcoming reality show besides a couple of film offers. Suraj Shetty of Mahesh Lunch home looked dapper in a white shirt and blue jeans. Rituparna Sengupta came despite having a late night flight to Kuala Lumpur. “The emphasis is on South- east Asian preparations. They eat crab heartily,” says Suraj Shetty of Mahesh Lunch Home.
