As the T20 World Cup is going on, there are a few restaurants in the city where you can go with your friends and enjoy the match
It’s time for the Twenty20 World Cup 2012 and the enthusiasm is building among people all over the world. The matches will be screened live on screens from September 18 to October 7.
And to add to the cheer, eateries and pubs around the city have a range of special offers. Lemon Tree Hotels has offered a special deal for T20 fans which includes all drinks at Rs 100 per day and 20% discount on food across the season.

The drinks on offer include a wide range of alcoholic drinks including premium beer brands, Gin, Bacardi and Scotch Whisky and a buy one get one free offer on beer and miller drinks. The finger food includes popular dishes like Chicken Tikka, Ajwaini Mahi, Tempura (with fish, chicken, vegetables), Paneer Tikka and Chilli Mushroom.
Lemon Tree has a big screen where you can stay glued to live cricket and unwind at the recreation bar Slounge. They also boast of a pool table, dart board and carrom board.
City eateries have devised a range of new dishes for the matches
They have also introduced a special offer where cricket lovers can sit, relax, munch and enjoy live matches. The daily match is divided in two sessions where you can enjoy the best offers.
For one session you just have to pay Rs 999 and you can enjoy free vodka and unlimited rum. Cricket lovers who are keen to watch the full match can pay Rs 1,499 and enjoy the full match with drinks and finger licking food.
To make it irresistible, they have introduced two new dishes to the menu including Australian Gold Prawn and English Fish Fries. They have mounted two LCD television at two different venues, one at coffee shop and another at the bar.
At the Skye — The Lounge Bar, Radisson Blu Hotel, you can see matches on the big screens along with Mexican food. The package is for 3 hours and is priced at '699 plus taxes and '899 plus taxes, informed Wahid, FMB associate from Radisson.
