Hugh Hefner's former girlfriend Crystal Harris has confirmed that the pair are back together, a year after she initially walked out on him.
On Friday, Crystal took to her social networking website to confirm her reconciliation with the Playboy founder.u00a0“Yes @hughhefner and I are back together. Yes I am his #1 girl again. Yes we are happy. Hope that clears up any confusion! Xo,” the Daily Mail quoted her as tweeting.
