The era, where EDM, house and techno are already anthems, the newly opened Finch is taking an initiative to retain a dying art. This jazz-blues bar brings class and savvy to Andheri’s humdrum landscape with an array of live performances on a daily basis.
International classical and world flute star, Jane Rutter is all set to mesmerize the Mumbai crowd with her tunes at The Finch Restaurant and Bar, Andheri (E) this week. Her performance promises to capture the sensuality and sparkle of Paris in this intimate concert venue with delicious French music for flute and piano.
Rutter has already held concerts at the Sydney Opera House, and performed worldwide as a soloist in recital as well as with orchestras. She has also been a part of international flute conventions. With flute as her weapon, Jane Rutter is conquering the world with one stunning performance after the other. From performing with transgender stars to Baroque recitals at La Sainte Chapelle, Paris, the flautist has done it all. Known for her one-woman classical-cabaret-style performances, she has performed extensively all over the world and has now chosen The Finch for her debut in India.
