Shekhar Kapur is known for his free spirit and the acclaimed filmmaker exhibits a similar attitude when it comes to his daughter Kaveri.
On being asked whether she’s planning to follow suit and have a career in cinema in the not-so-distant future, Shekhar points out her talent and rests the case on her choice.
“She’s already a singer as she recorded her first song at the age of 12 — alongside composing and writing it! If that interest becomes a career, well, I’d be glad.
Five years ago, she used to say that she wanted to become an anthropologist but now she’s keen on becoming a singer. Let’s see what happens,” the bearded genius told CS.
