Los Angeles: Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone's Hollywood debut 'xXx: The Return of Xander Cage', in which she stars opposite Vin Diesel, will hit theatres on January 20 next year.

The 30-year-old actress is currently shooting the DJ Caruso-directed action film in Toronto, Canada.

Paramount Pictures announced the US release date of the third "XXX" movie, which is the first film in the franchise since 2005's 'xXx: State of the Union', reported Ace Showbiz.

The movie will be up against horror movie "Split" from director M Night Shyamalan on the date.

Samuel L Jackson, Ruby Rose, Nina Dobrev, Donnie Yen, Conor McGregor, and Tony Jaa also star in the film.
