Football mad Hanya Sajad was born with half a heart and after undergoing a transplant when she was a baby, has to have regular painful hormone injections.

But the schoolgirl battles on with her condition by looking up to her idol and Barcelona player Lionel Messi, who also had the injections as a child.
Her mother Lisa McLane, 34, booked her an £1,000 holiday to the Spanish city and tickets to a game.
