'My girlfriend insists I spend all my free time with her'

How can I convince my girlfriend to give me more time to myself? She insists on me spending every free hour with her, which is really beginning to make me feel claustrophobic. How do I get her to understand this?
She's an adult, so I suggest you simply tell her how you feel and explain why you feel claustrophobic. If she cares about this relationship, she will try and be more accommodating. If she insists on things staying the same, why not go off on holiday on your own for a while?
I have been desperately trying to ask a girl out for two months now. Whenever I ask her if she would like to watch a movie with me, she finds some excuse not to. If I ask her to have a cup of coffee with me, she says she doesn't drink coffee. It's not like she has a problem going out with guys, because I have seen her go to movies and restaurants with a few other people. We have a lot of common friends, which is how I know she goes on dates. I don't know if I'm coming across as too strong or if she just doesn't like the idea of going out with me for some reason, but she doesn't even tell me what the problem is. Should I just stop asking her out?
Are you particularly slow on the uptake here? You have been very clear about your intentions, and she has been equally clear with her response. If she goes out with other guys and doesn't show any enthusiasm about going out with you, what exactly is the message you think she is trying to send you? Why should she discuss why she does or doesn't go out with some people? If she doesn't feel like giving you a good reason, that is her prerogative. How many awful Bollywood films do you plan your moves around anyway? Please stop asking her out and move on with your life.
