American life coach Richard Easton has sued singer Enrique Iglesias for non-payment of a year's professional fees, reported miamiherald.com.
According to the lawsuit, Easton, also known as 'Doc Delano' has sued singer Iglesias for a whopping USD 550,000 (Rs 3.71 crore) for having consulted him in 2015 regarding personal issues he was having with his girlfriend and former tennis ace Anna Kournikova.
The report says Iglesias (41), who is in a long term relationship with Kournikova (35), hired the Miami-based guru to "assist him in dealing with his personal relationships, including, but not limited to, his desire to start a family with his longtime girlfriend under the celebrity spotlight."
The case papers include an email exchange between Easton and Iglesias where the singer agreed to wire the money. However, Easton, a former Wall Street trader, claims the payment never happened.
Iglesias and Kournikova have been together for over a decade and a half and their association has time and again thrown up stories about a secret marriage ceremony and even pregnancy. However, the couple have rarely spoken about their relationship.
Iglesias, who performed in France recently, and is yet to respond to the allegations.
