The Men in Blue did some extensive physical training — fielding, bowling and batting. Cancer-survivor Yuvraj Singh and Virat Kohli were their cheerful selves and seemed to be enjoying the hard training, even showing off some dancing steps to Bollywood numbers in between.

At nets, the batsmen were seen practising countering short-pitch bowling.

Opener Gautam Gambhir took to the nets thrice while Suresh Raina batted twice.

The team later indulged in a boxing session with bowling coach Joe Dawes.
