Electing to bat, Yashodhan put on board 313 for the loss of three wickets. Vinay came back to scalp five Vibgyor wickets as the Goregaon school were bundled out for 101.

In the other two quarter-final matches, Swami Vivekanand (Kandivli) beat IES New English (Bandra) by four wickets, while Swami Vivekanand (Borivli) defeated Parle Tilak by nine wickets.
