What: The Kebab Festival at Kangan brings the most popular food of the North-West Frontier province. Keeping both meat lovers as well as veggies in mind, the restaurant at Westin Mumbai Garden City will serve appetisers including Khasta dahi key kebab, Khumbh Galouti , Kamal kakdi ki shammi , Murgh shikanja kebab, Hari mirch aur neembu key jhingey, Maas key Adraki Panjey, among others.

What: The Dragon Boat Festival at Ming Yang, Taj Lands End, is being organised in memory of the 4th century Chinese poet Qu Yuan. The Sichuan spread, inspired by dragon races, includes Pork Chop in Black pepper Sauce, Almond White Fungus Soup, Szechwan Chong sin Spicy Soup, Barbeque Lamb Chops, Kung Pao Lobster.

What: Singaporean Chef Thanalaban is in the city to rustle up signature dishes as well as food from the streets of the Southeast Asian country. Apart from the more well-known Singaporean Seafood Laksa -- a coconut milk-rich gravy served with noodles -- the chef will also serve the indulgent Oyster Omelet, salads such as Rojak and Nyona Achar.
