That the French people were not too happy to see their former star striker Thierry Henry helping out Belgium as assistant coach was evident from a tweet put out by France's national rail service (SNCF) yesterday.

A day after France beat Belgium 1-0 in the World Cup quarter-finals, SNCF trolled Belgium's assistant coach, Henry. "@ThierryHenry, si vous souhaitez revenir en France demain, plusieurs @thalys_fr partent de la gare de Bruxelles Midi.

#FRABEL #FiersdetreBleus," SCF wrote on its official Twitter handle. The message in French translates into "Thierry, if you want to come back to France tomorrow, several trains are leaving Brussels Midi station." Henry, who won the 1998 World Cup with France in 1998 and finished runner-up in the 2006 edition, has been Belgium's assistant coach since 2016.
