If you are one of those fitness enthusiasts who is always on the lookout for a fun new fitness routine to keep you going, here's one to get you off to a flying start. Dhurii, a dance and fitness centre from Bengaluru, will be conducting BungFly, a fitness routine based on bungee jumping. This involves being suspended from a bungee harness that constantly pulls you back so you push yourself harder in your workout. This international workout also blends dance in the technique and can be designed to focus on each part of your body.

"It's a fun full-body cardio routine, which is quite intense. We will decide the intensity of the class as per the fitness levels of the participants and increase it gradually. It starts with a warm-up, followed by lunges and jumps, and we end with a cool-down to Bollywood music. Because you are on a harness, every move you make is intensified," assures Aanchal Gupta, director, Arts in Motion.
