Cops say mech engineer, commerce grad among six agents held
Officials of the Pimpri police station on Tuesday night arrested nine women and six agents for running a prostitution racket near the Pimpri railway station.
The police said the arrested persons call girls and agents were caught soliciting on the road near the railway station.

“We received specific information that some females and males in two cars were indulging in the sex trade near the railway station and as per the tip-off, we laid a trap and arrested them,” Police Inspector Mohan Vidhate of Pimpri police station said.
The police said the arrested women hailed from different states and were brought to the city by the agents for prostitution.
The police said the arrested agents included a mechanical engineer from a reputable college and a commerce graduate. u00a0
