Aqua aerobics is just the thing for those who love swimming or splashing in water. A fun way to loose those extra pounds without sweating, aqua aerobics is catching on as a normal form of aerobics. The only difference being that all these aerobic exercises are done in the swimming pool.

"The advantage of this form of aerobics is hydro therapy and helps the person to be at ease, with no injuries", says aqua aerobics instructor, Satish Kumar. He adds, "One doesn't need to know swimming to join aqua aerobics, there is no age limit or any physical qualification required to take up aqua aerobics.

This technique is great for those who have joint problems. For those suffering from asthma, these exercises strengthen the lungs and are also grat for those who are overweight. Swim life offers workout routine for three days a week and five days a week and also teaches swimming along with aqua aerobics.
