Slain Libyan dictator Gaddafi's son Saif al-Islam was captured with three aides near the southern town of Obari, Libyan officials said on Saturday

Slain Libyan dictator Gaddafi's son Saif al-Islam was captured with three aides near the southern town of Obari, Libyan officials said on Saturday.

He is wanted by the International Criminal Court (ICC) for alleged crimes against humanity during the uprising against his father.
 
Libya's interim PM Abdurrahim El-Keib promised Saif will get a fair trial. Muammar Gaddafi was killed October 20, 2011, soon after his capture by rebel forces.
