Kale (a type of leafy veggie): 1 cup
Green apple: 1
Ginger (as per taste and appetite)
Lime juice: 1 sqeeze
Protein powder: 1 spoon
Add all together and blend till smooth. Add to a glass and drink immediately! Such drinks are instant source of energy and best consumed immediately before they get oxygenated due to exposure
Silky smooth Strawberry Muesli Yoghurt Banana Smoothie

Water: 1 cup
Hung curd: 1 cup
Strawberry: 1/2 cup
Museli: 1/2 cup
Honey: 2 tbsp
This is best made with curd hung for at least two hours. Blend the fruit and rest of the ingredients until smooth and pour into tall glass. Garnish with fresh strawberry and sprinkle some dried muesli on top for that crunch!

Lemon: 5 ml
Mint: 8 to 10 leaves
Kadi patta: 5 to 6 leaves
Gud/honey: 10 gms
