Grateful to Woody Allen for giving me great roles: Penelope Cruz
Actress Penelope Cruz says she loves working with director Woody Allen and is grateful to the director for giving her good movie roles.
Cruz picked up a Best Supporting Actress Oscar when she worked with Allen for the first time on 'Vicky Cristina Barcelona' and now she will be working with him for a second time in 'To Rome With Love'.
The 38-year-old plays the role of Anna in the movie and stars alongside Jesse Eisenberg and Alec Baldwin. "I love everything about Woody, I love him, he's been so kind to me.
I love his mind, I love his sense of humour, he's one of the funniest people in the world and I can't believe he keeps giving me these jewels, these beautiful characters, and puts the confidence in me to play them.
I'm very grateful to him," Cruz said. This is the first movie outing for Cruz since the billion dollar success of "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides" last summer.
