Gwyneth Paltrow inspired Beyonce to become mum

Singer Beyonce Knowles, who has often told of her admiration for Gwyneth Paltrow, has admitted that the Hollywood actress is an inspiration for her venture into motherhood.

The 30-year-old singer has been friends with the 39-year-old 'Shakespeare In Love' star for years but now insists that they are closer than ever and Paltrow and her husband Coldplay front man Chris Martin are a "great support" as she prepares to have her first child with hip-hop mogul Jay-Z.

"Gwyneth has been a great support. Her and Chris are both great parents and they have really beautiful kids," the Daily Express quoted Beyonce as saying.u00a0The pop superstar wants a balanced work and home life like Paltrow.

"Gwyneth makes sure that her children are the priority in her life but at the same time manages to have a really successful career," Beyonc ufffd told new! magazine.u00a0"I have always said I will work my career around my children and not the other way around."

Although she has said that she won't be giving up the microphone but she wants the stork to keep visiting.u00a0"I guess it's kind of a clich ufffd but I just can't wait to hold my baby in my arms. I have always said that I want to have all my children by the time I am 40 so there's still a lot of time left. There is an attraction for sure about having a large family but we will just have to see what we are blessed with," she added.
