England footballer Jamie O'Hara, 31, is not dating anyone after his split from fiancee Elizabeth-Jayne Tierney. Reportedly, the two ended their relationship in December after O'Hara found out about Billericay club manager Glenn Tamplin secretly texting Tierney.

O'Hara said football has, in a way, helped him deal with his personal issues. "Avoid women at the moment. It's really hard in the situation I'm in on the personal side but with my professional stuff, I've got loads of games coming up and I haven't really got time to mess around and go out and go clubbing. Till April I'm jam packed with football and that's probably a good thing," he told British tabloid The Sun.

Meanwhile, he revealed he still hasn't come to terms with the split. "I'm still really cut up about it at the moment. It's a really difficult situation because we've been together for three/four years and she's the first person that I loved after Danielle [Lloyd]. It's been really difficult. It's not an easy situation because we've been through a lot together. It's not one you're going to get over easily," he added.
