HC dismisses petition filed against Aamir Khan for 'Satyamev Jayate'

The Bombay High Court on Tuesday dismissed a petiton filed regarding the use of national emblem in Aamir Khan starer show Satyamev Jayate

HC dismisses petition filed against Aamir Khan for 'Satyamev Jayate'

The Bombay High Court on Tuesday dismissed a petiton filed regarding the use of national emblem in Aamir Khan starer show Satyamev Jayate.


The petitoner had alleged that in the show national emblem's moto was used along with words, 'Satyamev Jayate' for trade purpose without any permissions.


The petitoner had made Union of India party along with the show producers.


The court observed that the show did not carry out any violations neither the whole emblem was used. It was also said that ealrier petitions filed by the same petitiner had to be dismissed or withdrawn as well.
