The woman who was allegedly molested by cricketer Luke Pomersbach in a five-star hotel in Delhi has said he "tagged along" with her fiance and her back to their five-star hotel after a party and insisted on having drinks with them. When they refused, she says, the player tried to kiss her and punched her fiance several times.

She broke down in Patiala House court today while trying to describe what happened last night.

Mr Pomersbach, who plays for the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) has been arrested by the Delhi Police on Friday morning.

The complainant, who is a US citizen, said she was "uncomfortable" with the "dirty, nasty looks" the cricketer gave her and told her fiance that he could have drinks with him if he wished.

"When I tried to turn around and go to my room, he grabbed my hand and tried to kiss me. My fiance said 'listen, she is not any girl like that. Just leave and go back to your room'," she said.

Mr Pomersback then allegedly punched her fiancé several times. "He got injured in his ears. He is not able to hear properly. He was bleeding," she said.

"I come here often to visit my friends and my fiancee.... I was here to see him. I was hanging out with him. He lives in Mumbai," she said. u00a0
