Will you please stop honking at me? I can't bear it anymore. It is rude and impatient. Why is everyone in such a mad rush that they can't even stop for 50 seconds to let an old man cross the street? Yesterday, a woman almost ran me over while I was walking, as I told her to stop blaring her horn at me. Thankfully, her husband grabbed the wheel from her or I'd be writing this from a hospital.
My dad has almost lost his sense of hearing because of the time he spends on the road. Our home is on the first floor and my parents are subjected to honking throughout the day.
