While they may be playing best friends in their upcoming film, looks like all was not well between Ranvir Shorey and Tusshar Kapoor during the shoot

Apparently Ranvir took digs at his fellow actor for being tardy on the sets, causing Tusshar to lose his cool.

According to sources, since Ranvir arrived on the sets much before Tusshar, he was handed out some extra dialogues to be read out as aside. Apparently it didn’t go down well with Tusshar, who kept losing out on this opportunity because of not being punctual and the two ended up having a tiff.

A source says, “Both Tusshar and Ranvir were at loogerheads over the issue. Even director Shashant A Shah was at a loss for words. The shoot of scenes involving the two had to be called off.” Finally, it was their co-star Vinay Pathak who had to intervene to set things right. “Being good friends with both Ranvir and Tusshar, he made peace between them,” adds the source.

Says Shah, “What started out as a joke got carried away due to the clash of egos. But later, Vinay and I had to intervene.” Admitting to the “mad” competition between him and Ranvir, Tusshar says, “When there is a large cast in a film, minor tiffs are bound to happen. How two swords can never fit into a single sheath... There was a slight argument, but later we resumed our shoot.”
