I enjoy shopping, reading and painting. For me, indulging in either one of them is a stress buster
When I paint, I try and put my thoughts on the canvas. Sometimes, these thoughts have been in my mind for a while or are just momentary.

Shopping is a great mood enchancer. On a relaxed day I am either out with my friends shopping or sit by my window sill with a brush in a hand and hot coffee in the other.
Ever since I was a child, I enjoyed reading. Books such as The Secret, are truly introspective as they bring forth a lot of thoughts and emotions. u00a0
