Mumbai earned a point as per the new ruled framed by Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for the domestic tournament, under which the team taking first-innings lead gets three points. Resuming at 423-3, Hyderabad were bowled out for 699. Sandeep scored 117 off 228 balls. For Mumbai, Ankit Chavan finished with three for 184.

Delhi vs Tamil Nadu
Meanwhile, Delhi bagged three points in their drawn match against Tamil Nadu yesterday while Baroda clinched a thriller against Haryana on the final day of the Ranji Trophy fourth round matches.


Delhi got more points than Tamil Nadu for taking a 329-run first innings lead over the visitors, who were 220 for two in their second innings by the fourth day at Feroz Shah Kotla after following on.

Arun Karthik (121 not out) and Subramaniam Badrinath (45 not out) held the fort for Tamil Nadu.

They had made 226 in the first innings in response to Delhi’s 555 for four.u00a0
