Dear Diana, I'm 26 and I have this urge to touch women. At crowded public places, I have a field day.
I have tried a lot to control my urge many times but I just can’t help it. I have been following this routine, after work, for the past six years. I’ve been slapped twice but that’s it. I never got caught otherwise. Needless to say, this behavior has landed me in a lot of awkward situations. Am I normal or should I seek medical help ?

You are certainly not normal and need medical help ASAP. I think you might as well be behind bars for indulging in something like that. You have been slapped but never caught. But very soon you will. All of us have problems, it is how we learn to deal with them or control them that matters. You may be having a fetish but it becomes wrong when it involves other people without their consent. So seek counselling soon.
