India Test opener Murali Vijay, who suffered a wrist injury during the series against Australia earlier this year, is raring to go after being included for the forthcoming Test series against Sri Lanka. Vijay, who played his last Test against Australia in Dharamsala in March, said he won't be under pressure in his comeback. "I am like a baby coming out of a mother's womb now. I'm just looking forward to the matches in order to contribute and be more consistent than what I was. There is no pressure on me because I know what to do at that (international) level. I just want to go there and get a feel of it," Vijay said yesterday after training with the Tamil Nadu team for their Ranji Trophy clash at the Bandra Kurla Complex ground.

Vijay was sent home from Sri Lanka after the wrist injury resurfaced. Recently, Vijay had another injury scare during Tamil Nadu's first Ranji Trophy match against Andhra after twisting his ankle. Consequently, he missed the following match against Tripura. He is back for the clash against Mumbai. "The mental aspect is more important for me. I am just coming out of an injury and I want to eradicate all the doubts. I am looking forward to spending as much time as possible in the middle during this match," Vijay said. Before batting in the nets, Vijay spent around 20 minutes on the wicket, visualising playing different shots.
