India 'A' were 64 for two at lunch on Day Two of the second 'Test' against West Indies 'A' at Kingstown yesterday. Skipper Cheteshwar Pujara was batting on 41 along with Ajinkya Rahane (12)

India A bowled out the hosts for 217 with seamer Shami Ahmed snaring the last two wickets in quick succession. Shami claimed four wickets. Resuming at 212, West Indies could only add five runs before being shot out. Kraigg Brathwaite scored 66.

India A openers Shikhar Dhawan (0) and Abhinav Mukund (2) failed in front of new-ball bowlers Jason Holder and Delorn Johnson.

On Saturday, fast bowler Ashok Dinda led the visitors’ attack to finish with two for 22, while off-spinner Rohit Sharma picked up two for 31.

But out-of-favour teenaged Test opener Kraigg Brathwaite produced a wonderful unbeaten 66 to prop up West Indies ‘A’ on the opening day after they opted to bat first at Arnos Vale.
