Sonam Kapoor looked smashing at an event to promote her upcoming film Delhi-6. We love this girl's style. Also we hear that Ranbir Kapoor asked Sonam to send her stylist to Deepika.

But Padukone lost her temper when the stylist showed up, and sent her back packing. Don't blame her. Which girlfriend could handle her beau suggesting that his ex dresses better than her?!

Ishaa, stop kar!

Ishaa Koppikar has such a pretty face, unfortunately, most days she is the poster girl for 'When Bad Clothes Happen To Good People'. But she got it right yesterday.

Though we wish she'd stop carrying that bag! Or least stop holding her mobile in her hand, at every event.

Jiah oh, ab to rok do!

Jiah Khan attended Shane & Falguni Peacock's party drowned in make-up. Check out the startling difference between her face and her arms for proof. Go easy on the shovel, will you?

Voicing out: Hema Malini was the guest of honour at a movie screening at Cinemax, Mumbai on Tuesday. The movie was made by children of Ryan International as a protest against the terror attacks.

Taste the thunder

Akshay Kumar will be seen as a pair of twins in the new Thums Up ad slated to air from this weekend.

Shot by Australian director, Jon Gwyther on the streets of Sydney, it shows the Khiladi as a very slick, intense character and the other as a fun loving person both competing against each other to get to the soft drink bottle.

For the south market, the same campaign is with Mahesh Babu, actress Namrata Shirodkar's hubby. Wonder why they think Akki won't work there?

Wigging out: Celina Jaitly has a blast at openly gay designer Joe Mansoorie's birthday bash. Check out her wig and wings. It's partaay time!

Nahi nahi abhi nahi

After the story in HiTLIST ('Manya to marry'; February 10) Manisha Koirala called us up to clarify to say that she's in no hurry to rush to the alter, "Darling, Chris is my boyfriend and we are very much in love but marriage is not on the cards right now.

We recently connected again but I am very focused on my career right now. When I get married I will announce it to the world."

Manisha's next films includes her close friend Deepti Naval's directorial debut, Do Paise Ki Dhoop, Chaar Aane Ki Baarish and Mani Ratnam's Raavana. So panicking producers, relax please.

Father's day: Madhur Bhandarkar came for Varon Sharma's book launch with adorable daughter Siddhi

Solo score

Bappa Lahiri finally makes his big screen debut as solo music director with Puneet Sira's Jai Veeru that stars Fardeen Khan and Kunal Khemu.

Though he had also composed solo for Sanjay Gupta's Alibaug, the film has yet to see light of day. Son of Bappi Lahiri, the youngster says, "Now, I have a chance to prove myself alone."

He is also scoring for Anjum Rizvi's Flat as well for Gupta's Acid Factory. Keep the music playing!
