At home recuperating from dengue, Ranveer Singh's upcoming promotional schedule for 'Ram Leela' seems too crammed for comfort

Is Ranveer Singh overexerting himself?

After a week-long stay in the hospital recuperating from a severe case of dengue, Ranveer Singh returned home just a couple of days ago. While the doctors have advised the actor to stay put in bed and take appropriate care of his health, insiders say Ranveer is raring to get back to work.

For the promotions of his upcoming film, Ram Leela, the actor apparently is planning to commence on a series of interviews over the phone from this week onwards. Though his doctors have asked him to take things slow and easy, looks like the star is in no mood to pay heed to their medical advice.

Says a crew member, “Ranveer is trying to make up for lost time. We cancelled the music launch for the film, as we wanted to start the promotional activities with Ranveer and Deepika Padukone together. Since he seems to be recovering, he has decided to kick start the process and has agreed to give interviews over the phone.”

Insiders say by the end of this month, Ranveer will begin shooting for new promos and next month onwards, will even accompany the team on city tours. “The marketing team is also working out his dates so that he can appear at least on a few reality shows,” says the source. Ranveer’s spokesperson confirms the buzz. u00a0
